Establishes that audiologist license applicants may qualify with either a master's degree in audiology conferred on or before December 31, 2007, or a doctoral degree in audiology or related hearing science

Maintains the existing requirement that speech-language pathology applicants possess at least a master's degree with a major in communicative sciences or disorders

Reorganizes accreditation requirements into a new subsection, requiring all qualifying degrees to come from programs accredited by a nationally recognized accrediting organization approved by the commission or department

Preserves existing requirements including completion of at least 36 semester hours of graduate coursework, supervised clinical experience, and full-time supervised professional experience

Takes effect September 1, 2025
