Changes terminology throughout the sanitarian licensing statute from "person" to "individual" and removes the word "professional" from references to sanitarians

Adds a new statutory definition for "sanitarian in training" as an individual training in sanitary science while engaged in sanitation work

Establishes that sanitarians in training must have less than one year of full-time experience in sanitation to qualify for that registration category

Modifies certificate renewal requirements to apply to all certificate holders (both sanitarians and sanitarians in training) rather than only professional sanitarians

Repeals Sections 1953.151(b) and (c) of the Occupations Code and takes effect September 1, 2025
