Mandates programs use socio-emotional wellness coaches or psychological safety officers to support teachers, administrators, and staff who work directly with students

Requires programs to provide an interactive online platform with psychological safety information and resources for school employees

Caps individual grants at $100,000 per eligible school district or charter school, with the agency authorized to adopt rules for eligibility, application procedures, and compliance monitoring

Takes effect September 1, 2025
