Expands the types of court proceedings that may be conducted electronically to include uncontested proceedings in which the court is approving an agreement, in addition to preliminary matters and witness testimony at trial

Adds teleconferencing and videoconferencing to the list of approved electronic communication methods for conducting hearings

Removes the requirement that electronic communication be "two-way," while maintaining the requirement that the method must be capable of visually and audibly recording the proceedings

Requires agreement of the parties and court approval before any hearing may be conducted by electronic means

Takes effect September 1, 2025
