Requires the Texas Medical Board to run continuous queries on the National Practitioner Data Bank for all license holders regulated by the board, and update physician profiles within 10 working days when new disciplinary information is found

Expands the Texas Physician Health Program from serving only physicians and physician assistants to covering all individuals holding any license, certificate, registration, or permit issued by the Texas Medical Board

Extends the $15 surcharge for the Texas Physician Health Program to apply to all board-regulated occupations at initial licensure/certification and renewal, not just physician registration permits

Authorizes the board to collect an additional surcharge to cover costs of administering the National Practitioner Data Bank continuous query program from all license holders

Sets maximum fee caps including $900 for a license, $400 for first/renewed registration permits, $200 for temporary licenses, and $700 for reinstated licenses after cancellation

Takes effect September 1, 2025, with the Texas Medical Board required to adopt implementing rules by December 1, 2025
