Requires the Texas Department of Insurance to establish and maintain a website listing all personal and commercial property and casualty insurers operating in the state, along with each insurer's claims filing telephone number or website link

Expands the claims contact information requirements to apply to all property and casualty insurers in Texas, not just the top 25 national insurance groups

Covers a broad range of insurance entities including Lloyd's plans, reciprocal exchanges, county mutual companies, farm mutual companies, Texas Windstorm Insurance Association, FAIR Plan Association, and Texas Automobile Insurance Plan Association

Requires insurers to provide the department with any information deemed reasonable or necessary to maintain the claims contact website when requested

Takes effect September 1, 2025
