Defines "no-knock entry" as a peace officer's entry into a building to execute a warrant without first announcing their authority or purpose

Prohibits magistrates from issuing no-knock warrants unless specific conditions are met, including written approval from the law enforcement agency's chief administrator or designee

Requires all peace officers executing a no-knock warrant to be in uniform or otherwise clearly identifiable as law enforcement

Limits authority to issue no-knock warrants to district court judges, statutory county court judges, and county or municipal court judges who are licensed attorneys in Texas (with exceptions for counties lacking such judicial officers)

Applies only to warrants issued on or after the effective date of September 1, 2025
