Adds definitions to the Texas Business & Commerce Code for "artificial intelligence system" (machine learning technologies that train statistical models for tasks like computer vision, natural language processing, and content generation) and "algorithmic pricing systems" (AI systems that generate pricing recommendations)

Makes it a deceptive trade practice under Texas law for businesses to fail to disclose when they use artificial intelligence systems or algorithmic pricing systems to set prices for goods or services

Violations would be subject to existing penalties and remedies available under the Texas Deceptive Trade Practices-Consumer Protection Act

Applies only to acts or practices occurring on or after September 1, 2025; earlier conduct remains governed by prior law
