Removes telemedicine exemptions for out-of-state physicians regarding abortion-inducing drugs, specifically applying Texas licensing requirements to any consultation service related to providing such drugs

Eliminates previous exemptions that allowed out-of-state medical specialists, medical school consultants, and physicians from bordering states to provide consultation services involving abortion-inducing drugs without Texas licensure

Takes effect September 1, 2025
