The evaluation must compare Texas agencies' CWD management to other states' plans and policies, national standards, and generally accepted practices for managing Chronic Wasting Disease in deer

Texas A&M must create a Statewide Chronic Wasting Disease Plan incorporating best practices from other states, national standards, and generally accepted disease management practices

Executive directors of both Texas Parks and Wildlife and the Texas Animal Health Commission are required to implement the practices described in the statewide plan created by Texas A&M

Texas A&M must monitor both agencies' implementation and submit reports to all legislators, the lieutenant governor, and the Texas Sunset Commission before each legislative session
