Requires the Health and Human Services Commission to notify Medicaid providers in writing at least 120 days before their enrollment period expires, including the expiration date, application process, required documentation, and suggested timeline for revalidation

Mandates that if a provider submits a revalidation application at least 90 days before enrollment expires, the commission must review it for deficiencies and notify the provider at least 60 days before expiration

Gives providers at least 10 days to correct any identified application deficiencies, with the commission required to review corrected applications in time to address additional issues before enrollment expires

Protects providers who submit applications in good faith and comply with correction deadlines by requiring the commission to finalize their revalidation before enrollment expires, regardless of how many corrections were needed

Applies to providers whose enrollment periods expire on or after January 1, 2026, with an effective date of September 1, 2025
