Amends Section 82.006 of the Property Code to clarify that a condominium declaration is not considered a subdivision of land under Local Government Code Chapters 212, 232, or 242

Prohibits municipalities and counties from requiring preparation or submission of a subdivision plat for approval when creating or altering a condominium

Maintains existing protections preventing local governments from prohibiting condominium ownership or imposing requirements on condominiums that wouldn't apply to physically identical developments under different ownership structures

Applies only to condominium declarations filed for recording on or after September 1, 2025; earlier filings remain governed by prior law
