Expands the definition of "authorized emergency vehicle" under the Texas Transportation Code to include vehicles of district attorneys, criminal district attorneys, and county attorneys

Adds vehicles of prosecutors employed by district attorneys, criminal district attorneys, county attorneys, or the attorney general's office to the authorized emergency vehicle category

Covers both publicly owned and privately owned vehicles of these prosecutors

Grants these prosecutors the same emergency vehicle privileges currently afforded to fire departments, police vehicles, ambulances, and other designated emergency responders

Takes effect September 1, 2025
