Requires all governmental bodies subject to public information law to notify the attorney general by October 1 each year of their designated mailing address and email address for receiving public information requests

Directs the attorney general to create and maintain a publicly accessible online database containing the contact information submitted by governmental bodies for public information requests

Takes effect immediately if passed by two-thirds vote of both legislative chambers, otherwise takes effect September 1, 2025
