Requires all challenges to be accompanied by an affidavit executed under penalty of perjury affirming the challenge is based on personal knowledge or publicly available materials, not hearsay or speculation

Permits challengers to submit multiple voter challenges under a single affidavit, provided each challenge independently meets the statutory requirements
