Requires public school student identification cards for grades 6 and higher to include contact information for the National Domestic Violence Hotline and the National Sexual Assault Hotline

Expands existing student ID card requirements, which already mandate printing the National Suicide Prevention Lifeline and Crisis Text Line contact information

Schools may optionally include local suicide prevention hotline information on the cards if available

Applies only to student identification cards issued on or after the effective date of the Act

Takes effect immediately with a two-thirds vote of both legislative chambers, or September 1, 2025, without the supermajority vote
