Requires landlords in manufactured home communities to convert expiring leases to month-to-month agreements when the tenant resides with a minor child and the lease would expire during a school semester

Month-to-month lease renewals must continue until the lease termination would fall outside of a school semester period as determined by the local school district

Protects families with school-age children from being displaced mid-semester by preventing lease non-renewals during the school year

Applies only to lease agreements entered into or renewed on or after September 1, 2025

Amends Chapter 94 of the Property Code by adding Section 94.2041
