Requires manufactured home retailers to provide purchasers with written disclosure about their ability to elect whether the home is treated as real property or personal property

Disclosure must explain the conditions required for treating a manufactured home as real property, the effects of making this election, and that the choice must be made on the statement of ownership application

Purchasers must be informed they can convert the home's classification from personal property to real property or vice versa

Disclosure must be provided before completing a credit application or more than one day before entering into a sale agreement, in at least 12-point type

Applies only to disclosures provided on or after September 1, 2025
