Allows the Texas Juvenile Justice Department to disclose information, including personally identifiable information, about former juvenile offenders who have been discharged from commitment

Requires three conditions for disclosure: the person must be discharged from the department, at least 18 years old, and must provide consent for the disclosure

Prohibits the department from disclosing any information beyond what the person specifically consented to or for purposes other than those the person approved

Amends Section 244.003 of the Human Resources Code by adding a new subsection (c) governing these consent-based disclosures

Takes effect September 1, 2025
