Establishes digital reporting as a new certification category that the Judicial Branch Certification Commission may issue to court reporters

Requires applicants seeking digital reporting certification to provide documentation demonstrating proficiency in the digital technology being used

Mandates that certification applicants certify the digital technology poses minimal risk of inaccuracy, algorithmic discrimination, bias, or unlawful dissemination of privileged or personal identifying information

Takes effect September 1, 2025
