Prohibits the State Board of Education from including coding, computer programming, computational thinking, or cybersecurity in the technology applications curriculum for kindergarten through grade 5

Restricts use of electronic devices, digital instruction, and the Internet for K-5 students except as necessary for Internet safety curriculum or keyboard use curriculum

Requires the technology applications curriculum for grades K-8 to include Internet safety and keyboard use as essential knowledge and skills

Mandates the State Board of Education review and revise the technology applications curriculum by December 31, 2026, to comply with the new restrictions

Maintains existing requirement for the State Board of Education to review and revise the technology applications curriculum every five years to ensure relevance to student education and alignment with current or emerging professions
