Requires applicants for new or modified stationary LP-gas installations with aggregate water capacity of 10,000 gallons or more to notify nearby property owners before installation

Notice must be sent via registered mail, certified mail, or other delivery-confirmed method to all property owners within 500 feet of the proposed container location

Applicants must maintain proof of delivery records for a period determined by the Railroad Commission of Texas

Applies only to applications filed with the Railroad Commission on or after the effective date; pending applications remain under existing law

Takes effect immediately with two-thirds legislative vote, otherwise September 1, 2025
