Removes the 341st District Court from the list of courts whose judges are required to appoint a bailiff under mandatory appointment provisions in the Government Code

Eliminates the existing provision that allowed the 341st District Court judge to set the bailiff's salary at a rate commensurate with bailiffs of similar courts, paid from the county general fund

Grandfathers current bailiffs employed by the 341st and 406th District Courts, allowing them to continue in their positions with current salaries including future CPI and longevity increases granted by Webb County Commissioners Court

Grandfathered bailiff positions will only terminate when current individuals are terminated or voluntarily leave their positions

Repeals Section 53.001(i) of the Government Code and takes effect September 1, 2025
