Mandates translations and oral interpretations in English, Spanish, Vietnamese, Korean, Arabic, Mandarin/Cantonese, and traditional/simplified written Chinese, with all materials posted on the commission's website

Requires the commission to employ at least one language access officer to oversee plan implementation and ensure compliance with language access services

Directs the commission to conduct outreach efforts, post translated information in public spaces, and provide employee training on language access procedures

Establishes quality control measures allowing non-English speaking community members to evaluate the performance and effectiveness of language access services, with an effective date of September 1, 2025
