Allows defendants charged with multiple traffic offenses arising from the same criminal transaction to have all eligible charges dismissed upon completion of one driving safety or motorcycle operator training course, rather than only one charge per course completion

Authorizes courts to accept written requests for course dismissal via court-designated email address or Internet portal, in addition to the existing options of in-person requests or certified mail

Permits courts to charge a separate reimbursement fee of up to $10 for each offense eligible for dismissal when multiple offenses from the same transaction are involved

Maintains existing eligibility requirements including: Texas driver's license or active duty military connection, no course completion within the prior 12 months, and offenses cannot involve speeding at 95+ mph or 25+ mph over the posted limit

Takes effect September 1, 2025, and applies to course requests made on or after that date regardless of when the offenses were committed
