Allows costs related to enforcing child support judgments, including receiver fees, to be collected using any enforcement method available for child support obligations

Clarifies that courts may order turnover of nonexempt property subject to garnishment without requiring creditors to identify or prove the existence of specific property

Expands dormant judgment rules to include receiver appointments under Section 31.002 as actions that prevent a judgment from becoming dormant within the 10-year period

Applies to all judgments not already dormant as of September 1, 2025, regardless of when entered
