Authorizes the Far North Fort Worth Municipal Utility District No. 1 of Tarrant and Wise Counties to establish and maintain defined areas or designated property within the district, exempting it from the standard acreage requirement under Section 54.801(a) of the Water Code

Grants the district power to impose taxes and issue bonds specifically within defined areas or designated property to pay for improvements, facilities, or services that primarily benefit those specific areas rather than the district as a whole

Allows defined areas to include noncontiguous tracts of land, overriding other provisions of law that might otherwise require contiguity

Preserves all existing rights, powers, privileges, authority, duties, and functions the district held before the Act's effective date

Takes effect immediately upon receiving a two-thirds vote from both legislative chambers, otherwise becomes effective September 1, 2025
