Adds a new category of sexual assault without consent when a mental health services provider, health care services provider, or person purporting to be such a provider causes a person to submit to sexual activity by creating or confirming a false impression of law or fact during the course of providing services

Expands the definition of "health care services provider" to include any person licensed, certified, or otherwise authorized by Texas law to provide health care services, including physicians, chiropractors, physical therapists, physician assistants, and nurses

Applies only to offenses committed on or after September 1, 2025, with prior offenses governed by the law in effect at the time of commission
