Updates statutory reference from "Texas Department of Health" to "Department of State Health Services" for reporting infectious diseases

Amends Section 32.003(a) of the Texas Family Code governing when minors may consent to their own medical care

Takes effect immediately upon two-thirds vote of both legislative chambers, otherwise becomes effective September 1, 2025
