Requires school district boards, open-enrollment charter schools, and the Texas School for the Blind and Visually Impaired and Texas School for the Deaf to provide reasonable accommodations for lactating students at the middle and high school level

Accommodations must enable students to express breast milk, breast-feed an infant child, and address other needs related to breast-feeding

Applies beginning with the 2025-2026 school year

Takes effect immediately with two-thirds vote of both legislative chambers, otherwise takes effect September 1, 2025
