Amends Texas Penal Code Sections 30.05, 30.06, and 30.07 to provide property owners with an alternative, simplified sign option to prohibit firearms on their property

Creates a new standardized pictogram sign option featuring a black handgun within a red circle (at least 6 inches in diameter) with a diagonal red line through it, displayed on a white background with black text

Allows simplified sign language such as "No firearms permitted on this property," "No concealed handguns permitted on this property," or "No openly carried handguns permitted on this property" instead of requiring lengthy statutory citations

Maintains existing sign requirements as valid options, including signs with full statutory language referencing specific Penal Code sections, contrasting colors, and one-inch block letters in both English and Spanish

Takes effect September 1, 2025, and applies only to offenses committed on or after that date
