Requires privately owned recreational vehicle parks and campgrounds offering transient overnight stays to comply with the National Fire Protection Association 1194 standard (2021 Edition), excluding Section 1.1.1

Prohibits state agencies and local governments from adopting regulations on environmental health, sanitation, electrical safety, LP gas storage, or fire protection that are more stringent than the NFPA 1194 standards

Applies only to privately owned facilities; government-owned recreational vehicle parks and campgrounds are excluded from these requirements

Grants existing RV parks and campgrounds until September 1, 2026, to come into compliance with the new standards

Takes effect September 1, 2025
