Requires voter registrars to send written confirmation notices to voters whose residence address is a commercial post office box or similar location that does not correspond to an actual residence

Mandates registrars to send confirmation notices on November 30 following a general election to voters who are not on the suspense list and have not voted in any election during the previous 25 months

Allows registrars to continue sending confirmation notices when they have any other reason to believe a voter's current residence differs from registration records

Authorizes the secretary of state to allocate appropriated funds to county voter registrars to cover expenses for implementing these requirements, if the 89th Legislature appropriates money for this purpose

Takes effect September 1, 2025
