Allows pharmacists to delegate the authority to administer immunizations and vaccinations to registered pharmacy technicians, reversing the previous prohibition on delegating medication administration authority

Requires the Texas State Board of Pharmacy to adopt rules necessary to implement the delegation of immunization administration to pharmacy technicians as soon as practicable after the act's effective date

Maintains existing requirements that pharmacists must administer immunizations under a physician's written protocol and meet board-established standards

Takes effect immediately if passed by two-thirds vote of both legislative chambers; otherwise takes effect September 1, 2025
