Exempts home address, home telephone number, emergency contact information, and social security number of current or former administrative law judges for the State Office of Administrative Hearings (SOAH) from public disclosure requirements under the Texas Public Information Act

Protects information revealing whether SOAH administrative law judges have family members from public disclosure

Extends existing confidentiality protections in Section 552.1175 of the Government Code to SOAH administrative law judges, allowing them to request that governmental bodies keep their personal information confidential

Amends the Tax Code to allow current or former SOAH administrative law judges to have their home address information kept confidential in property tax appraisal records

Applies only to information requests received on or after the effective date of September 1, 2025
