Requires special purpose districts (as defined in Section 403.0241) to post specified information on an internet website, excluding groundwater conservation districts and river authorities from this requirement

Mandates disclosure of district name, governing body members' names and terms, contact information for the main office, governing body members, general manager/executive director, utility operators, and tax assessor-collectors

Requires posting of ad valorem tax rates, sales and use tax rates, tax hearing notices, meeting locations and schedules, meeting notices and minutes for the current and preceding calendar year, and the most recent financial audit

Adds new requirement for districts with elected officers to post the date, location, requirements, and filing deadlines for upcoming elections, with candidacy filing information posted continuously for at least one year before the election date

Takes effect September 1, 2025, with election-related posting requirements applying only to elections occurring after January 1, 2027
