Requires election authorities to provide each precinct with ballots equal to at least the number of voters from the most recent corresponding election plus 25%, with the total not exceeding registered voters unless the county uses countywide polling places

Creates a Class A misdemeanor offense for election authorities who intentionally fail to provide the required number of ballots to an election precinct

Creates a Class A misdemeanor offense for election authorities who intentionally fail to promptly supplement ballots when requested by a polling place

Increases the penalty for unlawfully possessing official ballots from a Class C misdemeanor to a state jail felony

Increases the penalty for tampering with election supplies from a Class C misdemeanor to a Class A misdemeanor, and increases the penalty for unlawfully prohibiting poll watchers from observing from a Class A misdemeanor to a state jail felony

Takes effect September 1, 2025, with enhanced penalties applying only to offenses committed on or after that date
