Prohibits selling, offering to sell, or giving away over-the-counter weight loss drugs and dietary supplements marketed for weight loss or muscle building to individuals under 18 years of age

Requires retailers to keep covered products inaccessible to customers (behind counters or in locked cases) and to verify age by requesting identification when a buyer's age cannot be reasonably determined

Covers dietary supplements containing ingredients such as steroids, creatine, green tea extract, raspberry ketone, garcinia cambogia, or green coffee bean extract, as well as products marketed with weight loss or muscle building claims

Mandates online and remote sellers verify buyer age through government databases and use shipping methods requiring signature and age verification upon delivery

Imposes civil penalties of up to $500 per violation, enforceable by the attorney general, with compliance required by December 1, 2025
