Prohibits polling places from being located at buildings owned or controlled by school districts or open-enrollment charter schools if the building is on or adjacent to a school campus

Creates an exception allowing school buildings to serve as polling places if they are not located on or adjacent to a school campus

Provides an additional exception for counties with a population of 50,000 or less where the election authority cannot identify a reasonable alternative polling place

Maintains existing prohibition against locating polling places at residences of candidates for elective office or their close relatives

Takes effect September 1, 2025
