Requires explanation of the differences between unverified caregivers and agency foster homes, including the additional financial assistance available to verified foster homes

Requires written information about the Temporary Assistance for Needy Families (TANF) program, including qualifications, application process, and benefit amounts

Expands required disclosures to include the permanency care assistance program, financial assistance available under the subchapter, and any other financial benefits available to caregivers

Takes effect September 1, 2025
