Requires agreements between the Texas Education Agency (TEA) and school districts that conclude special investigations and impose sanctions to be subject to public disclosure under the Texas Public Information Act (Chapter 552, Government Code)

Mandates that such agreements must describe in plain language the allegations against the district that prompted the investigation

Requires agreements to include any factual findings related to the allegations that both the agency and the district agree upon

Applies only to agreements entered into on or after the effective date of September 1, 2025
