Expands monthly reporting requirements for parental child safety placement agreements to include demographic data (age, race, gender, ethnicity, county of residence), annualized incomes of parents and caregivers, and whether the child was previously in DFPS conservatorship

Mandates monthly reporting by child protective services region on authorization agreements under Chapter 34, including number of agreements executed, number of children affected (disaggregated by race and gender), and average duration

Requires monthly reporting by region on court orders for temporary authorization for care of a child under Chapter 35, including number of orders signed, number of children subject to orders (disaggregated by race and gender), and average order duration

Specifies that monthly reports must be published on the DFPS website, with an effective date of September 1, 2025
