Increases the basic allotment per student in average daily attendance under the Foundation School Program from $6,160 to $7,564

Raises the guaranteed yield amount used to calculate state and local funds per weighted student per cent of tax effort from $6,160 to $7,564

Applies the increased $7,564 figure to both tiers of the guaranteed yield formula: the first eight cents above a district's tier one tax rate (multiplied by 0.016) and additional tax effort beyond that (multiplied by 0.008)

Takes effect September 1, 2025
