Authorizes county commissioners courts to pay additional compensation to business court judges for extrajudicial services, with payments made from county general funds in monthly or biweekly installments

Removes the exclusion that previously prevented justices of the Fifteenth Court of Appeals District from receiving additional county compensation for extrajudicial services

Increases the maximum combined salary cap for courts of appeals justices (other than chief justices) from $5,000 less than a Supreme Court justice's base salary to $13,000 more than that amount

Increases the maximum combined salary cap for chief justices of courts of appeals from $2,500 less than a Supreme Court justice's base salary to $15,500 more than that amount

Takes effect September 1, 2025, applying to the state fiscal biennium beginning on that date
