Prohibits events from receiving state funding through the Major Events Reimbursement Program if organized by a local organizing committee, municipality, or county that assists, refers, or encourages a woman to obtain an abortion

Bars entities that assist, refer, or encourage women to obtain abortions from receiving economic development grants from the Governor's office, even if otherwise in good standing and current on taxes

Prohibits small business fund financing and skills development fund money from being provided to any business or entity that assists, refers, or encourages a woman to obtain an abortion

Disqualifies businesses from enterprise zone program benefits and "qualified business" designation if they assist, refer, or encourage women to obtain abortions

Makes business entities ineligible for any state tax incentives—including abatements, credits, exemptions, refunds, and special valuations—if they assist, refer, or encourage women to obtain abortions

Applies only to new loans, grants, designations, tax incentives, or agreements made on or after the effective date; existing arrangements remain governed by prior law
