Allocates up to $5 million annually from unclaimed lottery prize money to fund the child-care services program administered by the Texas Workforce Commission

Adds this child-care funding as a new fourth priority in the distribution of unclaimed lottery prizes, after allocations for indigent health care ($20 million cap), Texas-Mexico border hospital services ($5 million cap), and veterans' assistance fund ($5 million cap)

Unclaimed lottery prize money not claimed within 180 days of winner selection becomes subject to this distribution scheme

Any remaining unclaimed prize money after satisfying the first four priority allocations goes to the foundation school fund

Applies only to lottery prizes for games with winners selected on or after September 1, 2025
