Expands grounds for student removal to disciplinary alternative education programs or expulsion to include releasing or threatening to release intimate visual material created using artificial intelligence technology without consent

Broadens the definition of "cyberbullying" to explicitly include producing or distributing videos or images (including AI-generated content) that depict or appear to depict another student with intimate parts exposed or engaged in sexual conduct

Requires the Texas Education Agency to adopt minimum standards mandating school districts include specific policy provisions addressing bullying incidents involving AI-generated intimate visual material of students

Directs the Texas School Safety Center, in consultation with the Attorney General's office, to develop programs addressing the specific risks of producing or distributing AI-generated intimate visual material depicting students

Takes effect beginning with the 2025-2026 school year, with immediate effect if passed by two-thirds vote or September 1, 2025 otherwise
