Repeals multiple Election Code sections related to countywide polling, including Sections 32.002(c-1), 43.004(c), 43.007, and 85.062(f-1)

Preserves existing early voting procedures, explicitly stating the bill does not impact early voting locations or prevent voters from using any branch polling place during the early voting period
