Prohibits the use of ballot marking devices in elections, removing them from the list of approved voting systems

Bans electronic signature rosters, electronic poll lists, and electronic combination forms at polling places, requiring paper alternatives instead

Requires election officers to provide a paper ballot to any voter who requests one at polling places using electronic voting systems

Paper ballots provided upon request must be printed at the time of the request and scanned with an optical scanner at the polling place after being voted

Takes effect September 1, 2025, and applies only to elections held on or after that date
