School districts may provide students with education and informational materials on endometriosis and menstrual disorders at grade levels and in courses the district deems appropriate

State Board of Education must adopt by rule a list of age-appropriate informational materials covering signs and symptoms, menstrual health impacts on physical/emotional well-being and academic performance, basic statistics, self-advocacy in health care, and treatment options

State Board of Education must make approved informational materials available to school districts upon request

Applies beginning with the 2025-2026 school year

Takes effect immediately with two-thirds legislative vote, otherwise September 1, 2025
